Mother Protects- the concept

'Mother Protects' is a collage created on canvas (30 x50cm) using acrylic paint, 3D gold and blue glitter paint, various shades of orange stone beads. This painting is part of a series of which you will view in the later future. The image portrays two women. One of which is standing with her hands gently placed on her two children's shoulders, and the other of a Mother-to-be who will begin her mother instincts of protection from this early stage. This idea came about from a conversation with a 'soul sister' on what our 'true' commitments are as women on this earth. I hope the painting stirs the mind of all who views it.
